Return & Exchange Policy
At Israh.om, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how it works.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange a product if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product does not meet your expectations (subject to vendor approval).
Note: Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products)
- Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie
- Customized or personalized products
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
You can initiate a return or exchange in two ways:
Option 1: Contact the Store Directly
- Go to the Product Tab:
- Visit the product page you wish to return or exchange.
- Under the Add to Cart and Buy Now options, click on the Get Support button.
2. Provide Your Order ID:
- Enter your Order ID (found in your order confirmation email or account dashboard).
- Explain the reason for the return/exchange and submit your request.
3. Wait for Approval:
- The store/vendor will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Option 2: Request Warranty (if applicable)
- Go to Your Account:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Order Section under My Account.
2. Find Your Order:
- Locate the order for which you want to request a return or exchange.
3. Request Warranty:
- If the vendor provides a warranty for the product, you will see a Request Warranty option.
- Click on it and select Return or Exchange.
- Provide the reason for your request and submit it.
4. Vendor Review:
- The vendor will review your request and respond to you through the Request Warranty tab.
5. Follow Up:
- You can check the status of your request and reply to the vendor directly in the Request Warranty tab.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the store/vendor will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Refund or Replacement Process
Once the store/vendor receives and inspects the returned product:
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact the store/vendor immediately through the Get Support option on the product page or the Request Warranty tab in your account. They may request photos or other evidence to resolve the issue quickly. Once verified, they will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Vendor-Specific Policies
Since Israh.om is a multi-vendor platform, some stores/vendors may have specific return and exchange policies. Please check the product page or contact the store directly for details.
