1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before the order is shipped: You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
  • After the order is shipped: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may proceed with a return and refund request after receiving the product

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • The order was canceled before it was shipped.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product does not meet your expectations (subject to vendor approval).

Note: Refunds are only processed for eligible items within 10 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.


3. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through Request Warrenty:

  1. Go to Your Account:
  • Log in to your account and navigate to the Order Section under My Account.

2. Find Your Order:

  • Locate the order for which you want to request a refund.

3. Request Warranty:

  • If the vendor provides a warranty for the product, you will see a Request Warranty option.
  • Click on it and select Refund.
  • Provide the reason for your request and submit it.

4. Vendor Review:

  • The vendor will review your request and respond to you through the Request Warranty tab.

5. Follow Up:

  • You can check the status of your request and reply to the vendor directly in the Request Warranty tab.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Replacements: If you requested a replacement, the store/vendor will ship the new product to you as soon as possible.

5. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be refunded:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products)
  • Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie
  • Customized or personalized products

6. Vendor-Specific Policies
