Vendors Terms & Conditions

1. Vendor Registration

• Vendors must provide accurate and complete business information during registration.
• israh.om reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor account.
• There are no listing fees to add products.

2. Product Listings

• Vendors are responsible for uploading and maintaining their own product listings.
• Only genuine, legal, and appropriate products are allowed.
• Product listings must include clear images, correct prices, and detailed descriptions.

3. Order Fulfillment

• Vendors must process and ship orders quickly within the agreed timeframe.
• Delays or cancellations must be communicated immediately to the customer and israh.om support team.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Vendors are responsible for all shipping charges.
• israh.om does not cover or reimburse delivery costs.
• Vendors must ensure products are safely packed and ready for dispatch according to the platform’s shipping method.

5. Commission & Payments

• A 5% commission will be deducted from the total order value on each sale.
• The remaining amount will be available for withdrawal by the vendor through the vendor dashboard.
• Withdrawals can be made directly to the vendor’s bank account, subject to minimum withdrawal limits and processing timelines.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Vendors must accept returns in cases of:
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect or missing items
  • Products not matching the description
• Refunds should be processed quickly to maintain customer trust.

7. Prohibited Activities

Vendors are strictly prohibited from:

• Selling counterfeit or illegal items
• Misleading product listings
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Violating customer privacy

8. Account Termination

• israh.om reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts at any time due to:
  • Policy violations
  • Poor service
  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Inactive vendor account

9. Legal Responsibility

• Vendors are responsible for paying applicable taxes and complying with local laws, including GST registration if needed.
• Products must meet Indian legal and safety standards.

10. Changes to Terms

• israh.om may modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified through email or platform announcements.
